Most of us think long and hard before selecting a propeller for a large engine/boat. The same consideration should be given to your small boat/dinghy outboard.
Depending on the nature of the boat, load, and use, the right propeller can make a big difference.
We went from a 12 pitch factory prop to a 7 pitch for our TDB 14 Classic equipped with a Mercury 15 2S. The motor is clearly happier operating at a higher RPM and the boat certainly moves better.
Not a lot of money can buy a lot of satisfaction!
