Order a shaft boot on August 15th with my boat out of the water waiting on this part. The salesman told me they could probably have it done that day and shipped so I would get it by Monday. I did not receive this part until the 23rd of August. I called on the 21st to find out what was going on and the salesman told me that he didn't know what was going on with UPS but he would check into it. When I received the product on the 23rd the billing label listed the shipping date of a 22nd so they sent it out the day before. They also told me that they would give me my shipping money back which was 20 bucks (big whoop) but I still haven't even gotten that. So I had to pay an extra $225 to have my boat out of the water waiting on this part . I will not use these people again.
